This kit comes complete with 2 fill-in-the-blank wallet size ID cards (see image). You will receive double-sided tape to affix your
child's photo to the card, 2 self-laminating pouches, proper fingerprinting instructions, 3 fingerprint strips (1 for "practice"), and
an 8 1/2 x 11 print-out for all 10 fingerprints and vital information. If you would like to have your child's information printed on the
card/information sheet, please fill out the order form and put DIY Kit in the Additional Information area.

PROFESSIONALLY PRINTED PVC CARD KIT
This kit comes complete with 2 printed plastic ID cards (like the credit card in your wallet). For this reason, it will last longer, but
will not allow you to write on it. You will also receive proper fingerprinting instructions, 3 fingerprint strips (1 for "practice"), and a
completed 8 1/2 x 11 print-out with photo and all vital information filled in (you will be able to add fingerprints at home).
**This kit requires you to submit a photo of your child (in bmp or jpg format) as well as vital information. If you cannot email a
photo to us, you can mail one and it will be returned with your completed ID. Please contact us if you need to mail a photograph.
